We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at La Fosse Associates Ltd. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Project Managers with the effective delivery of technology projects while understanding, documenting, and improving business processes across the IT department.
Key Responsibilities- Support project management activities and manage interactions with third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Produce functional requirements specifications and break down complex requirements into manageable tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
- Analyse data for system/process improvements and support with data strategy.
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in software development, DevOps, or IT projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies (Agile/SDLC).
- Good understanding of cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience in process improvement is beneficial.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
