Senior Finance Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving financial success for our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Operations to optimize the site's budget through Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).
  • Analyze and lead the site's utilities budget and implement strategies to improve yield.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for the site and serve as the right-hand person to the Site Financial Controller.
  • Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for engineering stock provisioning.
  • Lead the coordination of the site's fixed asset count with the engineering department and report findings to the European Finance team.
  • Navigate with third-party service providers to challenge cost structures and secure cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or a related field, or alternatively a professional finance qualification.
  • Knowledge of supply chain finance / FMCG / manufacturing.
  • Working SAP / ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong Excel knowledge.
