We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Swim Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages.
Key Responsibilities- Teach swimming to children and adults as part of our swimming lesson programme, utilising your qualification, training, and experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and progress through the programme.
- Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and discipline.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, providing excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work closely with them.
- Manage children and their parents with ease, using your level 2 Swim Teaching qualification as a foundation for growth.
- Undergo a DBS check to ensure a safe and secure environment for our customers.
