We are seeking a skilled Children Social Worker to join our Child Health and Disability Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with families, using the Signs of Safety approach to underpin social work practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Work alongside a multi-agency team of professionals, in partnership with families, to provide high-quality social work services.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of effective systems to ensure quality services, including completing Wellbeing Assessments, child protection enquiries, and developing and reviewing care and support plans.
- Provide specialist advice and support across the wider children's services team in respect to children with additional needs.
- Participate in the team duty rota and regular team meetings, demonstrating a high level of good quality written and verbal practice.
We are looking for a candidate with a Degree or Masters in Social Work, or equivalent, and experience of working within a Child Health and Disability Team. If you are a motivated and skilled social worker, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
