About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Transformation Leader to join our team at fin-house. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of our clients' finance functions into value-adding machines.

As a Financial Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the transformation of our clients' finance functions into scalable and efficient systems.
  • Becoming a strategic and commercial partner to our clients, providing proactive insight and advice to drive business growth.
  • Leading the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive impact and growth.

About fin-house

At fin-house, we deliver the 'in-house' feel to our clients, providing proactive insight, advice, and commercial support to enable them to make the right decisions at the right time. We make sure our clients get the finance function they need, when they need it, seamlessly integrated into their business.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience working in accountancy/finance.
  • Experience with Xero and/or Quickbooks is ideal.
  • Expertise in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Experience of working with a portfolio of clients is highly desirable.
