We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Weekend Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food to the highest standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu ideas and concepts.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our clients.
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment.
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Experience in menu production and confident input.
- Exposure to bulk cooking and ability to work under pressure.
- Enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills and contribute to the success of the team.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- 14 hours per week.
- Saturday and Sunday shifts.
