Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Weekend Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food to the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu ideas and concepts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our clients.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Experience in menu production and confident input.
  • Exposure to bulk cooking and ability to work under pressure.
  • Enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills and contribute to the success of the team.
