Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of project costs, procurement, and contract administration.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the project stays on track.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate and negotiate terms and conditions with clients and subcontractors.
- Prepare and manage contracts efficiently, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Provide regular project updates to the team, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for project costs, contracts, and procurement activities.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring expenses are within established financial constraints.
- Monitor and predict construction expenses, covering materials, labor, equipment, and related costs.
- Procure materials, subcontractor services, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with project specifications.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- A wide understanding of construction laws and regulations.
- HND or HNC in a relevant field.
