Your Role as a Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. You'll be responsible for the delivery and collection of toilets from customer sites, performing regular servicing and cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering and collecting toilets from customer locations efficiently and safely.
  • Conducting thorough servicing and cleaning procedures to ensure optimal sanitation.
  • Adhering to pre-planned delivery/collection routes to maximize fuel efficiency and time management.
  • Operating company vehicles responsibly, adhering to all transport regulations and company policies.
  • Safely operating lifting equipment in accordance with company safety directives and procedures.
  • Embracing lean and 5's principles to optimize workflow and efficiency.
