About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our new development in Great Shelford. As a key member of our Eastern region team, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the construction cycle, including health and safety, trades, and material coordination
  • Ensure site presentation and cost control
  • Lead a team of site staff and external suppliers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve critical objectives
Requirements
  • Black or white CSCS card
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme
  • Previous experience in Site Management, preferably in Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes, or student accommodation
  • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and First Aid at Work
