PROPERTY LETTINGS SUPERVISOR – Residential Leasing
Location: South East London
Compensation: OTE: £40,000 - £45,000
Employment Type: Permanent – Full Time
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Property Lettings Supervisor who is passionate, dynamic, and eager to advance their career within the leasing sector with a reputable local agency. This position allows you to oversee the local Leasing Office.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong history in the leasing sector, demonstrate exceptional listing capabilities, and have a solid understanding of customer service, emphasizing the significance of nurturing and sustaining relationships with existing clients.
You should be proactive, articulate, and well-presented, with the ability to engage with properties across a diverse price range.
Prior experience in a management or supervisory role is advantageous but not mandatory.
An ARLA qualification is preferred, along with a thorough comprehension of leasing regulations and legislation.
Key Competencies:
- Prior experience as a Property Lettings Supervisor or Assistant Property Lettings Supervisor
- Proven track record in listing and securing instructions
- Ability to cultivate robust business relationships
- Capable of leading and inspiring a team
- Skilled in acquiring new business
- Possession of a full UK driving license and car ownership is required
- Familiarity with the South East London area is preferred
