Clinical Operations Director

At Incyte, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director Clinical Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Operations department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic oversight of our clinical trials in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tactical expertise and support to the Clinical Operations team to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
- Develop and implement local clinical operations strategies and plans to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development Operations, Medical Affairs, and Regional Clinical Operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage and develop a team of clinical operations professionals to ensure high performance and quality delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ICH/GCP/GPP standards, Incyte SOPs, and local operating guidelines.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in clinical operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple clinical trials and teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, statistics, and regulatory processes.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
