Future Select Recruitment is looking for a Water Quality Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established company in the industry.

This position will involve overseeing contracts throughout the South East of England, combining practical engineering tasks with client relationship management.

Ideal candidates will be located in or near: Romford, Hornchurch, Dagenham, Rainham, Barking, Ilford, Grays, Brentwood, Enfield, Bexley, Dartford, Gravesend, Swanley, Bromley, Beckenham, Orpington, Croydon, Basildon, Sevenoaks, Woodford, Chigwell, Epping, Billericay, Wickford, Harlow, and Tilbury.


Experience / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Water Quality Maintenance Engineer with a reputable organization
  • Capable of managing projects and client portfolios
  • Strong technical knowledge of the industry and ability to provide expert advice to clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional representation of the company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing various hands-on tasks, including TMV servicing, water softener maintenance, legionella sampling, and dosing of closed systems
  • Conducting chemical analysis of cooling towers and steam boilers, interpreting the results
  • Managing client accounts, including upselling additional services, monitoring KPIs, and assigning workloads to engineers
  • Carrying out regular site inspections
  • Ensuring adherence to ACOP L8 and health & safety regulations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
