About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Marston's PLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and wider team to achieve business objectives and drive success.
  • Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Manage kitchen budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and profitability.
