We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced neurophysiotherapist to join our Neurorehabilitation Team within the Neurology Long Term Condition Service at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to work as part of a highly specialist multidisciplinary team, providing holistic management for patients with neurological impairment.
The successful candidate will have a special interest in Vestibular Rehabilitation and will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with a wide range of neurological diagnoses.
Main Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with neurological diagnoses, delivering neurorehabilitation and vestibular rehabilitation services.
- Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to clinical audit and service evaluation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance service delivery.
- Supervise and support more junior staff, assistants, and students, promoting their professional development and well-being.
- Participate in multidisciplinary leadership teams, driving service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a candidate with:
- Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy and specialist postgraduate courses.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience of managing a caseload of clients with complex needs and supervising staff.
- Advanced reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and adapt to changing situations.
