Job Title: Sales Development Representative

At Pareto, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in London. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for researching potential prospects, generating a constant sales pipeline, and performing regular prospect outreach via phone calls, emails, and social selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential prospects that would benefit from our company offering
  • Generate a constant sales pipeline to target
  • Perform regular prospect outreach via phone calls, emails, and social selling
  • Prepare and conduct client meetings both online and in person
  • Take care and own your customers for the first 12 months by conducting customer activities such as follow-up calls, finding upselling opportunities, and churn prevention actions
  • Actively use our CRM system to manage your sales activity and track client and sales information

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial/business mindset
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
