The ideal candidate will have a robust technical foundation, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving. You will gain invaluable exposure to a wide array of intricate financial planning scenarios.


Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary range: £45,000 - £55,000
  • 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Additional benefits include:

    • Complimentary car parking
    • This position is office-based

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting suitability reports, including the preparation of illustrations and application documentation
  • Ensuring that all business applications are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations
  • Executing fund switches and rebalances accurately within the company's timelines
  • Sending letters of authority and collecting precise information
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate client records on the back-office system, Platform, and other IT systems
  • Preparing client review packages, including valuations and supporting documents

Additionally, you will record and, where applicable, implement agreed actions in collaboration with the Financial Adviser.


Required Skills and Experience:
  • Completion of Diploma in Paraplanning (DipPP) or (DipPFS) for advisors transitioning into a Paraplanner role
  • Prior experience in Paraplanning within a financial services setting
  • Familiarity with online financial platforms
  • Comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and Word
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
