About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Manager to join our team at Approach Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for our customers from the point of legal completion, ensuring the successful execution of the customer journey policy and the New Homes Ombudsmen regulations.
  • Host the first in-home visit for our customers, one week post legal completion, resolving any issues or queries raised.
  • Manage customer expectations, meeting and communicating promptly and effectively to qualify, rectify and resolve defects.
  • Liaise with all trades and sub-contractors to ensure completion of agreed defects.
  • Maintain reasonable timescales for customers for any remediation works and ensure that customers are kept informed throughout any process taking place in their home.
  • Develop good and lasting relationships with customers and ensure all communication is uploaded onto COINS.
  • Monitor re-occurring defects and raise any issues to the Head of Customer Service, Technical & Commercial departments.
Requirements
  • Experience of working within a similar role for a housebuilder, housing association or local authority.
  • Good knowledge of the Construction and Technical processes.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
  • A natural and engaging communication style, demonstrating a passion and excellence for customer contact, developing trusting relationships both internally and externally.
  • Convey excellent project management skills along with the ability to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently, remain calm in a crisis, prioritise work, take initiative and make informed decisions.
