Your Role
As a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist in our expanding Renewable Energy 360 Practice team, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with both clients and candidates, serving as their trusted advisor throughout the recruitment journey.

Your responsibilities will also encompass the delivery aspect of 360 recruitment, where you will be tasked with sourcing, attracting, and engaging high-caliber senior-level candidates who align perfectly with our clients' employment needs.

  • Source, attract, and engage with top-tier senior-level candidates.
  • Broaden your client portfolio through strategic sales initiatives and key account management.
  • Utilize our candidate attraction tools effectively and explore innovative recruitment methodologies.
  • Contribute to team projects, share insights, and assist in enhancing our service delivery.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in agency recruitment or sales, particularly in senior-level executive search and high-value placements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to network effectively with senior-level professionals, including C-suite executives and industry leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM & ATS tools, along with Microsoft Office applications.
