Fusion People Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new housing development in Pershore, Worcestershire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the housing development, ensuring it is completed within budget and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise subcontract trades and labour, maintaining records and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, implementing safe systems of work and monitoring resources, including materials and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate site records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Project Manager in a similar house building environment.
  • CSCS Card and 1st Aid qualification.
  • Valid driving licence.
