Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at CJ Retail Solutions. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Delivery Manager in planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and organization of project resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Support the Account Delivery Manager in delivering excellent service and providing support to the Business Unit Director as needed.
  • Provide problem-solving skills and analytical abilities to identify and resolve project-related issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, to manage project documentation and data.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project service level agreements.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and deadlines.
