About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Specialist to join our team at Mecca. As a key member of our cleaning and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to meet the needs of our customers and team members.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve results and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, particularly in relation to hygiene, food safety, and safer gambling.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to our cleaning and maintenance processes.
- Maintain immaculate operational standards in all areas, including cleaning equipment and products.
- Work to timescales and deadlines to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience of working successfully in a cleaning role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using a range of cleaning equipment and products.
- Ability to collaborate with the team and wider business.
- Sound communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with change and ability to adapt to new ways of working.
- Great time management and organizational skills.
