About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fitter to join our team at Selwood. This role will involve carrying out diesel engine and pump maintenance on customer sites and in our workshop.

This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. As a Mobile Fitter, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that our customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and pumps
  • Conduct site visits to diagnose and repair equipment
  • Work safely and efficiently in a variety of environments
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role
  • Full driving license
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
