Key Responsibilities
In the capacity of Project Manager, you will oversee a significant Government construction initiative aimed at delivering essential infrastructure to the community. This position is ideal for an individual with substantial civil engineering expertise, tasked with managing the execution of high-value project components.
Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
- Collaborating with sub-contractors to assess programmes and designs,
- Guaranteeing safety, quality, and compliance with timelines and budgets through proficient resource and supply chain management,
- Supervising sub-contractor performance to ensure adherence to project schedules.
Candidate Profile
The Project Manager role is suited for you if:
- You possess a Degree/HND or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Management,
- You have demonstrated a robust track record in managing large-scale construction projects within a primary contractor setting,
- You are knowledgeable about commercial and contractual aspects of NEC and JCT Contract conditions.
