As a Junior Liability Claims Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in the success of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a diverse range of Liability claims
- Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and contributing to key performance indicators
- Engaging with clients and brokers in a courteous and proactive manner
- Following company protocols and external regulatory standards in all claims handling activities
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- An insurance qualification and prior experience in the insurance sector
- Experience in handling Employee/Public Liability claims
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong analytical capabilities for investigating relevant statutory duties and case law
