Executive Chef

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Duffield Bank House, a prestigious location for Rolls-Royce's senior clients and executives. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional food experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

• Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase our commitment to using homegrown and local produce.
• Lead a team of chefs to deliver high-quality food service that meets the needs of our clients.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with our landscapers to source the freshest ingredients and create a seamless dining experience.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.

• Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Have experience in a similar Head Chef role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
• Be a brilliant communicator and team player, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
