Employment Tax Manager/Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join our team at PKF Smith Cooper. As a key member of our tax practice, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive employment tax advisory and compliance services to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of employment tax services, including advising clients on employment tax compliance issues, conducting compliance risk reviews, and preparing reports of recommendations.
- Build strong client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including hosting seminars, drafting proposals, and participating in pitches.
- Identify potential risks, technical issues, and develop practical solutions to changes in technical legislation.
- Review and assist with the development of junior team members.
- Assist with billing and financial management processes.
- Deep understanding of employment tax rules and regulations.
- Ability to develop innovative tax strategies to optimize client outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in a client-facing role and working with people of all levels.
