Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our team at Jet2 and Jet2holidays. As a key member of our Agile team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of our e-commerce platform, back-office systems, and mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Scrum best practices and lead the team in adopting Agile methodologies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive effective decisions and outcomes, mitigating risks and providing transparent updates.
  • Identify and overcome impediments to ensure the team is performing at its best.
  • Advocate for the release of valuable working software early and often, creating memorable experiences for our customers and users.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Agile ways of working and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across all levels of the business.
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles, with a passion for continuous improvement.
