Archard Talent Limited is seeking a skilled Nurse Advisor to join our team in Crawley. As a key member of our office team, you will provide clinical guidance and support to our staff, ensuring the highest standards of care for our young adult service users.

The ideal candidate will have current NMC registration, experience in providing training, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will work closely with our management team to develop and maintain standards of professional competence and current nursing practices.

This part-time role (12 hours per week) offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities. You will be part of a dedicated team that is committed to providing exceptional care and support.

As a Nurse Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing training on clinical needs, including PEG, Buccal medication, suction, and more
  • Participating in Clinical Governance activities, including clinical supervision, and accurately recording all patient care activities
  • Collaborating with Management, Case Managers, Psychologists, OTs, and other healthcare professionals in person-centred care planning
  • Contribute to setting and maintaining standards of professional competence and current nursing practices
  • Maintaining a professional profile through Continuing Professional Development and sharing knowledge with the team
  • Promoting a positive organisational environment that encourages high staff morale and performance
  • Monitoring and assisting with the induction of newly appointed staff as needed
  • Assisting in developing customer relationships with clients when required
  • Supporting the management team in providing a safe, effective, caring, and responsive service
