About the Role

As a Senior Night Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. You'll supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your role will also involve supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

About You

We're looking for individuals with an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You'll need to be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support.
