Deputy Company Secretary Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Company Secretary to join our team at QED Legal. As a key member of our corporate governance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Company Secretary and the Board in ensuring the effective governance of our business.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior qualified Company Secretary to join our team and take on a key leadership role in our corporate governance function. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the Board and senior executives, and for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the effective governance of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to the Board and senior executives on corporate governance matters
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective governance of our business
  • Work closely with the Company Secretary and other members of the corporate governance team to ensure the effective governance of our business
  • Provide advice and guidance to the Board and senior executives on corporate governance matters
