About the Role

As a Trainee Nursing Assistant at HC-One, you will be a key member of our care team, embodying the quality of supreme kindness in every aspect of your work. Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and we want you to be a role model in delivering exceptional care and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in tasks such as administering medicines, wound care, and catheter care under the supervision of a qualified nurse.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centered care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
