Essential Qualifications:

PGCE, QTS

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement stimulating lessons aligned with educational standards
  • Effectively manage classroom behavior and dynamics
  • Evaluate and monitor student academic performance
  • Provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and fellow educators
  • Engage in professional development and staff meetings
  • Work collaboratively with peers to improve teaching methodologies
Necessary Qualifications:
  • PGCE or equivalent teaching credential
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in a relevant academic discipline
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
  • Recent experience in an educational environment
  • Strong grasp of classroom management strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to adjust teaching methods to accommodate varied learning styles
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Additional qualifications in specific subject areas
  • Experience with secondary education students
Work Environment:

The Elementary Educator position will primarily take place in primary educational institutions within Nottingham, East Midlands. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with students, parents, and staff to provide exceptional educational experiences and support.

All stated pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for a permanent role in the future.
