About the Role

Cumbria Wildlife Trust is seeking a talented Digital Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our work and inspires our supporters to take action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Plan and create high-quality content for our social media channels, including text, images, and videos, to support our conservation objectives and communication strategies.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with staff from across the Trust to understand the scope of our work and ensure that project communication requirements are fulfilled.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively and consistently with staff and other key stakeholders to ensure engagement remains high and the impact of social media is clearly understood.
  • Channel Development: Identify opportunities to widen our reach and impact, from working with influencers to developing a Cumbria Wildlife Trust presence on new channels.

Requirements

  • First-rate communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and engaging approach.
