- Comprehensive Planning: Produce and review project specifications and designs, documenting functional requirements and performance characteristics.
- Cost Monitoring: Establish and monitor Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) estimations, reporting deviations to Senior Management.
- Budget Management: Create and manage program budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and communicate program risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Team Goal Setting: Set clear objectives and tasks for the team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with team members, vendors, and partners, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Reporting: Compile progress reports and present to management and other stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Project & Resource Planning: Utilize MS Project for effective project and resource planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project timelines.
- Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and resources to achieve project goals.
- Leadership and Motivation: Exhibit strong leadership and motivational skills, inspiring team members to achieve exceptional results.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-driven with energy, pace, and enthusiasm, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills at all levels within and outside the company, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
