About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Architect to join our team at Vitality Corporate Services Limited. As a key member of our Platform Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and building complex communication infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of integrated solutions to enhance the performance of our voice and data communication services.
  • Own the leadership in planning and delivery of Voice and Data Comms projects and service changes, ensuring each project is well-defined and has plans for success.
  • Manage the day-to-day support and maintenance of voice and data comms infrastructure, resolving complex incidents and service requests.
  • Develop, support, and maintain run books and SOPs to support network operations for new services.
  • Identify, plan, and execute service improvement opportunities to optimize return on investment, efficiency, reliability, and simplicity of our voice and data communication services.
  • Manage vendors and service providers to agreed service levels.
  • Identify, socialize, and implement best practices as they emerge.
  • Continuously develop technical subject matter expertise on established and emerging infrastructure technologies.
  • Proactively seek to enhance DevOps culture by removing silos between traditional functional teams.
  • Automate and orchestrate changes to network and communication services, promoting the use of Infrastructure as Code and Software Defined Networking across all teams.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of managing Data and Voice technologies within an ITIL-oriented framework.
  • A highly driven self-starter, who shows flexibility and desire to develop a career at Vitality.
  • A naturally good communicator, able to remain calm under pressure and focused on delivery of solutions.
  • Team player, including the ability to provide technical leadership and guidance.
  • AWS networking and security configuration and management.
  • Configuration and Management of Cisco-based LAN infrastructure and Meraki Wifi networks.
  • Managing and configuration of SD-WAN.
