Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Central Claims team in Doncaster, supporting our customers in a variety of different ways, operating across our phone system and through email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a fast and efficient service to insurers and customers.
  • Ensure accurate administration of customer files, whilst building a genuine rapport.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries within the contact hub.
  • Efficiently deploy claims based upon a geographical area.
  • Work to targets to achieve team and individual goals.

About You

To excel as a Customer Service Advisor in our Central Claims team, you will have:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A professional telephone manner is also essential for this position, as is the ability to communicate effectively via email. You will be a team player, as well as be able to work individually to achieve daily targets.
