About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our ICT Channel division at Integro Partners Ltd. This is a sales role that involves identifying and converting business opportunities and leads into new relationships across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Qualify Prospects: Identify prospects that meet the sector requirements and make effective qualifying sales calls to convert them into new relationships.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Manage the sales cycle to close new business, ensuring that clients and suppliers receive exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Build Relationships: Build a network of vendor / supplier introducers and relationships, and conduct successful supplier meetings to drive business growth.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay aware of the ICT market, adapting to changes and opportunities as they occur, and understand the company proposition to represent it in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Engage professionally with all departments within the company at all times, and be competent in all aspects of technology and social media.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous B2B sales experience, preferably within the finance sector.
  • ICT Market Knowledge: Experience of the ICT market and a network of resellers/ suppliers/ VAR's would be advantageous.
  • Results-Driven: A track record in identifying, negotiating, and closing sales, with a positive, outgoing personality and a performance/target-driven approach.
  • Time Management: Able to plan your own diary and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
