We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Personal or Executive Assistant to support our UK CEO at a leading FTSE250 organisation based in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a reputable company that values excellence and is committed to the growth and development of its employees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to a key member of the executive leadership team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Act as a first point of contact for the CEO, screening and prioritizing incoming communications and requests.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Proactively address the needs of executives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and representing the company professionally.
- 15 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in shorthand and audio typing.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, remaining calm under pressure.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
