Your Role:

  • Lead and mentor teams of skilled testers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Share your expertise and knowledge with team members through continuous learning and feedback.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships by contributing to proposals and presentations.
  • Oversee testing engagements, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats and vulnerabilities in the cybersecurity landscape.

About You:

You possess a deep understanding of penetration testing methodologies and red teaming techniques. Your technical expertise encompasses information security principles, computing networks, and programming languages. You are a strong communicator with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering penetration testing services.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and ethical hacking practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK cybersecurity industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • NCSC CHECK Team Member certification and UK Government Security Clearance.

Advantageous Qualifications:

  • Experience in secure environments and accredited labs.
  • Research and Development background in cybersecurity.
  • Threat Intelligence knowledge and experience.
  • Application testing expertise.
