We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at Challenge-trg Recruitment. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Preparation: Wrap and pack bespoke products to the highest standards, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Inventory Management: Ensure correct storage, labelling, segregation, and safe handling of materials in all areas.
- Transportation: Transport goods through different areas of the factory, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
- Shipping and Documentation: Prepare products for shipping and complete associated paperwork, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Quality Control: Ensure quality and production targets are met, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar background, with evidence of shift work and manual handling.
- Skills and Qualifications: Numeracy and literacy skills, manual handling, and SHE testing. Ability to pass a DBS check.
