Civil Enforcement Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team at Unity Recruitment. As a key member of our parking enforcement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and maintaining order in our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
  • Record evidence and observations to monitor vehicles parking and report any issues to management
  • Provide parking advice and directions to members of the public, promoting a positive and helpful attitude
  • Report any equipment in need of repair and other problems with signs, lines, or activity on the street
  • Act as a deterrent to inconsiderate parking, ensuring the free flow of traffic
  • Report abandoned vehicles to management
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and previous experience in Civil Enforcement (6 months or more)
  • Attention to detail and experience working with computerized systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays, on a rota basis
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns under enforcement hours
  • Overtime may be available
