About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Training Specialist to join our team at Circle Group. As a Legal IT Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance staff skills and understanding of using legal applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge of legal applications, including Big Hand, iManage, and Windows Applications.
  • Work with other IT staff to provide 'how-to' support for Microsoft Office suite applications and legal applications.
  • Create course materials, exercises, and other accompanying courseware.
  • Provide training consultation and deliver solutions on the training element of internal projects to launch new software effectively into the business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training programs that meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Broad technical understanding of legal IT software systems and services, including time recording and document management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide clear, concise instruction and feedback to staff.
