Position Summary:
Project Coordinator

We are in search of a Project Coordinator to become a vital part of our organization, tasked with developing and sustaining comprehensive project timelines to guarantee effective project execution.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in assisting our project teams, conveying updates, and suggesting strategies to alleviate potential challenges.

Generate detailed Tender and Project schedules based on Financial assessments, Logic frameworks, and industry standards.

  • Consistently refresh and uphold project timelines with actual and projected progress, completion percentages, and earned value, reporting essential performance metrics (KPIs) to Senior Management, Project Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Cost Engineers as required.
  • Collect and amalgamate information from diverse sources, including Manufacturing Schedulers, Project Engineers, Procurement Officers, and the Commercial division.
  • Collaborate with the Planning Team Leader, Project Coordinators, Engineers, and Managers to deliver progress reports and address impacts, ensuring transparency of project schedules across various departments.
  • Assist the Project team in showcasing project advancements during regular client discussions.
Experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft planning tools is preferred.

  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite is advantageous.
