Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at Human Recognition Systems Ltd. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring the smooth flow of cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process financial transactions, including invoicing, cash allocation, and debt recovery.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including the Debtors ledger and supplier accounts.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Process expenses and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
  • Cover annual leave within the department and perform general office duties as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • AAT Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
