Your Contributions:


Adhere to Company Health and Safety protocols consistently, ensuring the safety of colleagues and clients alike.

Generate competitive Parts and Service estimates aimed at achieving or surpassing sales objectives.

Maintain open lines of communication with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and their expectations are managed effectively.


Take ownership of the estimate generation process, focusing on timely conversions to sales while managing customer expectations.

Identify and optimize business opportunities to enhance revenue and profit margins.

Collaborate closely with the Service Administrator to oversee any purchase order accruals.

Foster relationships with the engineering supply chain, including parts, third-party services, and more.

Prioritize tasks to meet customer expectations in alignment with the Company’s contractual obligations and KPIs.

Deliver the highest standard of service to customers through effective follow-up and resolution of issues.

Work alongside team members and Regional Managers to produce accurate first-time estimates.

Manage the estimate process until job completion, including updating estimates and securing authorization for any overruns.

Ensure that purchase order numbers are obtained before commencing any billable work.

Monitor all pending estimates to ensure they are addressed within a week.

Assist with call handling and job logging.

Support the training of new team members.

Promote a collaborative team environment and provide assistance to colleagues as needed.

Carry out any reasonable tasks as requested by the regional line manager.

Qualifications for Success:
5 years of experience in a technical setting

Proven track record in estimating work

Experience in liaising with supply chains

Strong financial and commercial acumen

Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting

Industry insight to drive supply chain innovation

Outstanding communication skills across all levels

Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
