Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Appetite 4 Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, supply chain management, and staff scheduling.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain management, and staff scheduling.
