We're seeking a talented Shift Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks. As a leader, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead shifts and manage store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to set priorities, drive sales growth, and optimize store performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
  • Manage inventory, maintain store appearance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
