Adecco, in partnership with Bentley Motors, is seeking an Early Careers Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating key activities and managing a central email inbox
  • Engaging with educational institutions to build relationships and coordinating outreach events
  • Managing and organizing early careers equipment for events and coordinating attendance and support from Bentley colleagues
  • Providing general administration and organization support for internal and external events
  • Fielding inbound queries from the trainee population and managing the Early Careers inbox
  • Sending out mass emails to the trainee population and line management
  • Utilizing the DAS system to approve apprentice changes
  • Booking rooms for trainee events and updating masterfiles for the Early Careers team
Requirements:
  • Prior administrative experience and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail, customer service skills, confidentiality, and ability to effectively manage calendars, take minutes, and write reports
