We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Cinnamon Care. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all areas of the care home are clean and safe at all times, meeting our high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Carry out domestic duties, including laundry, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and furnishings.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to provide a high-quality service to our residents.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids.
  • Compassionate and caring nature.
  • Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Previous housekeeping or laundry experience in a residential care setting.
