Priority Appointments is a leading distribution company seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Support Administrator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Office Support Administrator to provide administrative support to our office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining databases and spreadsheets, taking stock, and providing purchasing and logistics support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including transferring inbound calls, scanning, printing, and maintaining company documents.
  • Support purchasing operations by reviewing and maintaining the supplier database and supplier contact list.
  • Assist with quality control by supporting customer and supplier returns and exchanges.
  • Contribute to logistics operations by actioning Goods Received Notes, conducting stock takes, and performing other related tasks.
Requirements
  • Previous office-based administrative experience is essential.
  • Ideally, you will have experience in an Office Support role where you supported multiple business functions.
  • Previous experience as a driver is also desirable.

  • A competitive salary of £22.5 - £25k dependent on experience.
  • 20 days' holiday (rising with loyalty to a maximum of 25 days) plus Bank Holidays.
  • 37 hours per week.
